Position 1: Specialist – Fraud Detection

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
• Certification: Fraud Analysis, Business Assurance, Risk Management, Machine Learning, or Information Systems.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years with Relational/Non-Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB).
  • Advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, PLSQL, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with telecom data types (CRM data, call records, Mobile Money data).
  • Machine Learning techniques for fraud detection.
  • Risk and data analysis expertise.

Core Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of telecom and financial products.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting key insights from large datasets.

Position 2: Regional Sales Manager (Re-advertised)

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in sales/trade execution in FMCG or Telecom, with 3+ years in managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior and product offerings in telecommunications.
  • Fluency in the local language is mandatory.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Drive sales revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for commercial activities.

Position 3: Executive Head of Department: Technology Enterprise Services

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis.
• Experience:
  • At least 7 years of leadership in enterprise connectivity, technology services, and applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Technologies theories and practices.
  • Proven expertise in solution delivery and technical capability modeling.
  • Telecommunications experience is highly desirable.
