1. Position: Accounts Manager (Re-advertisement)
- Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise project accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial policies and donor requirements. This role includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing receivables and payables, and providing guidance to branch offices on accounting activities. - Required Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Accounting Software with 8 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 10 years of experience.
- Experience:
- 4/6 years of experience in managerial roles within a financial department.
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and project financial management.

2. Position: Senior Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer (DRC Climate Change Project)
- Job Summary:
This role involves developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans for projects, supporting data collection and analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports. The officer will also create tools for needs assessments and adjust project plans as needed to address challenges. - Required Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Development Studies, or related fields with 6 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 8 years of experience.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in humanitarian or development projects.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SPSS, Stata, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with project planning and monitoring tools.

3. Position: Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Senior Officer (Social Cohesion Project)
- Job Summary:
The MHPSS Senior Officer will design and implement mental health and psychosocial support interventions, conduct training on psychological first aid, and establish community-based intervention strategies. The role includes documenting best practices and providing MHPSS services to vulnerable populations. - Required Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related fields with 6 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 8 years of experience.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in MHPSS, particularly with returnees, refugees, and conflict-affected communities.
- Key Skills:
- Training in CBMHPSS and PFA.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and project management skills.
