1. Office Engineer

• Job Summary:
  Responsible for evaluating project performance (financial and physical), preparing bills of quantity, agreements, and schedules, processing payments, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Qualifications:
  • BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction or real estate industry.
• Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced computer applications.
  • Strong communication, mathematical, and resource optimization skills.
• Salary: Negotiable.

2. Project Manager

• Job Summary:
  Leads project planning, execution, and closure while managing teams to meet project goals within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Qualifications:
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction or real estate.
• Key Skills:
  • Leadership, consulting, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
