1. Office Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for evaluating project performance (financial and physical), preparing bills of quantity, agreements, and schedules, processing payments, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction or real estate industry.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced computer applications.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and resource optimization skills.
Salary: Negotiable.

2. Project Manager

Job Summary:
Leads project planning, execution, and closure while managing teams to meet project goals within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or real estate.
Key Skills:
- Leadership, consulting, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

3. Site Engineer

Job Summary:
Ensures construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through on-site supervision and technical support.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or real estate.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

4. Project General Foreman

Job Summary:
Leads and coordinates teams to meet project goals while maintaining quality and adherence to schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma in Construction or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience as a General Foreman in real estate projects.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in construction methods and materials.
- Strong organizational and team management abilities.
