1. Quality Control Expert
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years for BSc, 1 year for MSc.
Location: Mojo
2. Senior Internal Auditor
Job Purpose:
Conduct complex audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of tax, customs, and labor proclamations.
- Proficiency in Peachtree and accounting software.
- Analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

3. Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Lead a sales team for Truck and Bus Business, manage tenders, and communicate with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven track record in vehicle sales, particularly trucks and buses, and supervisory experience.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of market research and tender processes.

4. Head, HR Planning and Recruitment
Job Purpose:
Support the company’s strategy by managing HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Education: BA or MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HRIS solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
