1. Quality Control Expert

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years for BSc, 1 year for MSc.

Location: Mojo


2. Senior Internal Auditor

Job Purpose:
Conduct complex audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of tax, customs, and labor proclamations.
    • Proficiency in Peachtree and accounting software.
    • Analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Location: Adami Tullu


3. Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Lead a sales team for Truck and Bus Business, manage tenders, and communicate with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven track record in vehicle sales, particularly trucks and buses, and supervisory experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of market research and tender processes.

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa


4. Head, HR Planning and Recruitment

Job Purpose:
Support the company’s strategy by managing HR planning, recruitment, onboarding, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA or MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HRIS solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
