Vacant Positions
1. Customer Service Officer I
Job Description:
- Identify potential high-deposit customers.
- Evaluate applications for loans and guarantees.
- Appraise the financial standing and creditworthiness of applicants.
- Assess collateral sufficiency and prepare loan proposals.
- Follow up on loan settlements and visit borrowers to assess their businesses.
- Handle non-performing loans and recommend solutions.
- Prepare periodic loan collection reports.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree, College Diploma, or TVET Level 4 in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a similar position.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of microfinance operations.
- Knowledge of banking and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
2. Senior Share Administration Accountant
Job Description:
- Assist in planning and supervising accounting and administration of investments and shares.
- Administer share certificates and maintain custody.
- Undertake accounting entries for share transactions.
- Prepare reports on investments and shares.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4 years in accounting roles.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of microfinance business.
- Familiarity with NBE and FIC regulations.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
3. Branch Manager I
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of a low-volume branch.
- Approve loans within authority limits and follow up on collections.
- Mobilize deposits to maintain liquidity.
- Conduct marketing and business development to attract customers.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a similar or senior role.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Technical and managerial competence.
- Experience mobilizing funds from various sources.
- Basic computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
