1. Sales Consultant

Vacancy: 20 Positions
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong teamwork and proactive mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting properties based on their preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of investing in Noah Real Estate properties.
  • Stay updated on project offerings, market trends, prices, financing options, and legal requirements.
  • Provide client insights to supervisors and participate in brand visibility events.
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and close sales deals.
  • Utilize digital and offline marketing tools effectively.

2. Real Estate Telemarketer

Vacancy: 10 Positions
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Resilience and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and market trends or willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
