Qualification:

3. Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: - 2 years of general work experience, including 1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: - VIII

4. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: - 3 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Customer Service Officer or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: - IX
Workplace: - Shashamanne, North Finfinnee, Adama, South Finfinnee, Hawasa, and Nekemte Districts.
5. Branch Manager
Qualification:
- MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: - 4/5 years of general work experience, including 1 year as Manager, Banking Operations Management I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: - XI
Workplace: - Dire Dawa, East Finfinnee, North Finfinnee, Hawasa, Adama, and South Finfinnee Districts.
6. Senior Banking Operation Officer II
Qualification:
- MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: - 5/6 years of general work experience, including 2 years as Manager, Banking Operations Officer I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: - XI
Workplace: - Dire Dawa District.
7. IHSAN CRM Officer I
Qualification:
- MBA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: - 4/5 years of general work experience, including 1 year as Manager, Customer Service Management I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: - XI
Workplace: - Dire Dawa, Jimma, and North Finfinnee District Offices.
8. Manager, Corporate Audit
Qualification:
- MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: - 8/9 years of work experience, including 2 years as Team Leader Internal Auditor, Senior Auditor II, or equivalent.
Job Grade: - XIV

9. Mechanic
Qualification:
- BSc/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or General Mechanics.
Experience: - 3/4 years of work experience as a General Mechanic or equivalent position.
Job Grade: - X
