Position: Area Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Increase sales volume and other KPIs in the assigned area to achieve growth targets.
Implement district sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Oversee the progress and performance of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
Assist in presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports to the sales manager.
Identify emerging markets and assess market shifts, including competitor activities and new product opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring distribution efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and monitor sales representatives and distributors to achieve sustainable growth and sales targets in alignment with the company’s RTM standards.
Actively drive sell-out efforts to optimize stock levels and maximize numeric distribution.
Spend 100% of time in the trade market, ensuring high visibility through customer development and management.
Submit and adhere to weekly/monthly journey plans.
Fully engage in and ensure timely completion of promotional activities with necessary documentation.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in sales roles.
Proven success as a salesperson.
Strong understanding of field sales operations and team management.

Outstanding oral and written communication.
People management and teamwork.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Additional Skills:

Sociability and effective communication.
Visual communication for marketing and targeting.
