1. Branch Banking Auditor-I (NS)
Purpose:
To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches aligns with the Bank’s policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, and to ensure the adequacy of the internal control system.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of the banking sector and its operations.
Place of Work:
- Hawassa District Office
Salary:
- As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefits.
2. Senior HR Business Partner (NS)
Purpose:
To handle various HR activities for the district offices and branches within the respective district domains, ensuring the retention of highly competent and qualified individuals in alignment with the Bank’s human capital strategy, policies, and procedures.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work:
- Jimma District Office
