Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other Banking-related fields.
• Graduation Year:
  • Only 2023 & 2024 graduates can apply.
• Experience:
  • No prior experience required.
• Additional Criteria:
  • CGPA: 2.75 and above.
  • Age: Less than 25 years.
  • COC Certification: Mandatory for Level IV.
  • Exit Exam Result: Minimum score of 50.
  • IFB Training Certification is advantageous.
