Available Positions

1. IFB Product Development Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or equivalent fields.
    • Minimum of 4 years in banking operations, preferably in IFB (Interest-Free Banking) operations.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB Product Development division.
    • Conduct product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle.
    • Gather and analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

2. Conventional Banking Products Development Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent fields.
    • Minimum of 4 years in marketing and research.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support Conventional Banking product planning and execution.
    • Analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

3. Senior – IFB Product Development Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 6 years in banking operations, including 2 years in IFB Officer Services.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee IFB product planning and execution.
    • Gather and analyze market data to assess position and identify growth opportunities.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

4. Senior – Database Administrator

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 6 years in database administration, with 3 years in a senior role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Ref: V.No HO/001669/25).

5. Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 8 years in marketing and research.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Plan and execute Conventional Banking products.
    • Analyze market and competitor information to support strategic goals.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
