1. IFB Product Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 4 years in banking operations, preferably in IFB (Interest-Free Banking) operations.
- Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB Product Development division.
- Conduct product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
2. Conventional Banking Products Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 4 years in marketing and research.
- Responsibilities:
- Support Conventional Banking product planning and execution.
- Analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
3. Senior – IFB Product Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years in banking operations, including 2 years in IFB Officer Services.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee IFB product planning and execution.
- Gather and analyze market data to assess position and identify growth opportunities.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
4. Senior – Database Administrator
- Qualification & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years in database administration, with 3 years in a senior role, preferably in the banking sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Ref: V.No HO/001669/25).
5. Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years in marketing and research.
- Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Conventional Banking products.
- Analyze market and competitor information to support strategic goals.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
