1. Construction Engineers

• Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in building projects (real estate and finishing works experience preferred).
• Vacancies: 2 positions.
• Work Location: Sawula and Addis Ababa project sites.

2. Site Engineers

• Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: At least 6 years in building projects.
• Vacancies: 2 positions.
• Work Location: Sawula and Addis Ababa project sites.

3. Office Engineers

• Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: At least 6 years in building projects.
• Vacancies: 2 positions.
• Work Location: Sawula and Addis Ababa project sites.

4. General Foreman

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Building Construction.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years in building projects.
• Vacancies: 2 positions.
• Work Location: Sawula and Addis Ababa project sites.

5. Finishing Foreman

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Building Construction.
• Experience: At least 6 years in building projects, with a focus on finishing works.
