1. Packaging Manager

Purpose of the Position:

Lead and manage plant packaging functions, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, and delivery of products in alignment with the Sales & Operational Plan.

Job Requirements:

Education:
BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electricity, or Electronic Engineering.
Experience:
- 8 years proven experience in plant/factory packaging functions in an FMCG industry setting.
- Advanced knowledge in packaging technology, electro-mechanics equipment maintenance, and technical drawings.
Skills:
- Organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and fluent in English (written and spoken).
Location:
Addis Ababa, Sebeta, Kombolcha, Raya, Gubre, Zeway, Hawassa.

2. Maintenance Manager

Purpose of the Position:
Oversee maintenance strategies and ensure the availability, reliability, and basic condition sustenance of assets in a brewery setting.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 8 years proven experience leading factory technical/maintenance functions in an FMCG industry.
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, diagnostics, and resource planning skills.
Skills:
- Proficient in electro-mechanics equipment maintenance, cost management, and production machine control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced computer skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Location:
Addis Ababa, Sebeta, Kombolcha, Raya, Gubre, Zeway, Hawassa.
