Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Drive sales revenue growth by monitoring market evolution in assigned routes and territories, maintaining smooth relationships with outlets and consumers, executing promotional activities, and identifying market opportunities and challenges.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain an updated list of all outlets, including active, temporarily closed, and permanently closed ones.
Identify and follow up with outlets serving competitor brands for market penetration.
Conduct at least 25 preselected outlet visits daily, completing surveys in the “Sales Automation System.”
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and consumers.
Monitor product availability, ensure proper fridge utilization, and take corrective actions when needed.
Ensure product quality and proper functionality of company assets.
Negotiate visibility priorities with outlets for promotional materials.
Maximize sales volume of all SKUs and achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new market potentials such as large-scale projects, new areas, or channels.
Monitor competitors’ activities and report on market trends.
Assist in promotion evaluations and produce reports at the outlet level.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Education:
- TVET Level 3/4, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
