1. Junior Strategy Implementation Monitoring Officer
Job Summary:
The Junior Strategy Implementation Monitoring Officer provides support in implementing the Bank’s strategy, monitors the status and impact of strategic initiatives, and communicates findings, successes, and recommendations for adjustments. The role includes developing monitoring frameworks and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Modern strategic management practices for implementing tactical changes.
- Understanding of financial industry development.
- Ability to create linkages between strategy and inter-departmental processes.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting business reports and data.
