Job Position: Operations Officer – Somali Speaker

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in any field.
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer skills, including MS Office, with good typing speed.
• Adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints.
• Ability to innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Purpose of the Role:

• Manage end-to-end operations of the VAC while ensuring quality and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with set processes.
• Manage people to bring out their best efficiency.
• Implement new process rollouts or changes.

Responsibilities:

• Productivity: Achieve targets as prescribed in the Team Objective Tracker.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints and meet targets in the Team Objective Tracker.
• Data Entry: Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Attendance: Avoid late reporting or unauthorized absenteeism.
• Turnaround Time (TAT): Adhere to targets in the Team Objective Tracker.
• Project Completion: Ensure timely completion of WB projects.
• Training: Attend scheduled HR training programs and achieve internal process certifications.
• Error Monitoring: Reduce daily errors and maintain an Error Log.
• Performance Tracking: Update productivity and VAS conversion grids daily.

Salary: 20,275.00 ETB
