Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the finance industry, preferably in customer service.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Required Number: 6

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
- Assist in promoting and selling the cooperative’s financial products and services.
- Provide guidance and support to customers in understanding financial products and services.
