1. External Affairs Manager – Jimma

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law, Economics, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Relationship management, CSR planning, and implementation experience.
    • Good relationships with stakeholders in Addis Ababa and regions.
    • Knowledge of the socioeconomic and political situation of the region (preferably having worked in the region).
    • Experience in community engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
  • Advocate for policies that support the company’s growth and operations.
  • Design and implement external affairs strategies to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Lead CSR initiatives in Addis Ababa and other regions.
  • Collaborate with CSR committees to address community needs.
  • Engage local communities, NGOs, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to public affairs and CSR activities.
  • Prepare reports on external affairs and CSR initiatives for stakeholders.
  • Monitor public sentiment and analyze its impact on operations.
  • Provide training on CSR best practices and community engagement.

2. Executive Head of Department: Tax

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    • BA Degree or related business qualification.
    • CPA (K) qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 8 years total experience, including 4 years post-qualification in finance specializing in Taxation.
    • Experience in tax authority audits and financial audits.
    • Supervisory experience to ensure quality output.

3. Regional Acquisition Manager – Bale Robe

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Proficiency in using sales tools and managing customer interactions.
    • Previous experience in customer acquisition or sales roles.
    • Knowledge of the local language is required.

Role Purpose:

  • Expand the customer base and increase market share by acquiring individual and SME customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet acquisition targets.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide reports on sales performance and customer acquisition insights.
