Position 1: Accountant II

  • Qualification: BA degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Special Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Peachtree Accounting is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Special Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and Publisher.
  • Job Grade: X.
  • Competency Requirements:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent coordination skills and a proactive mindset.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
    • Commitment to performance excellence.
  • Work Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Branch Offices).

Position 3: Senior Secretary

  • Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Special Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and Publisher.
  • Job Grade: VIII.
  • Competency Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong coordination abilities and a proactive work ethic.
    • High attention to detail with robust analytical skills.
    • Dedicated to upholding best practices in office management.
  • Work Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Branch Offices).

Position 4: Cashier/Secretary I

  • Qualification: Diploma (10+4) in Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Special Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and Publisher.
  • Job Grade: V.
  • Competency Requirements:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent coordination skills and proactive mindset.
    • Detail-oriented with solid analytical abilities.
    • Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
  • Work Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Branch Offices).
