We are hiring Telemarketers on behalf of Craft Software PLC, a leading technology company.

Position: Telemarketer

📍 Location: Craft Software PLC, Ethiopian ICT Park, Addis Ababa
⏳ Working Hours: 4 PM – 12 AM (Second Shift)

Job Responsibilities

✔ Source, track, and manage candidate applications across job portals (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
✔ Maintain and optimize company accounts on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
✔ Conduct follow-ups with job seekers to facilitate smooth communication.
✔ Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
✔ Assist in recruitment-related telemarketing efforts, including outreach and initial screenings.

Qualifications

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

🛠 Experience:

0 – 2 years (Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or candidate sourcing is a plus).

💡 Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn profile management.
Ability to multitask and efficiently follow up with candidates.
Comfortable working second shift (4 PM – 12 AM) and coordinating with international teams if required.
