1. Chief Digital Banking Officer

Job Requirements:

  • Education: MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Business Administration, IT, MIS, BAIS, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • MA/MSc Holders: 1 year as Director, Digital Banking Operation Department or equivalent, or 11 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • BA/BSc Holders: 2 years as Director, Digital Banking Department or equivalent, or 15 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

2. System Integration Officer I

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years as Associate System Integration Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry.
  • OR 2 years as System Integration Officer I or equivalent experience.

Place of Work: Head Office


3. Branch Manager Grade C Tier II-Tiger

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA in Management or Accounting.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Place of Work:

  • Arategna Akababi – Harar & Harar Abadir IFB Branches
  • Arerti & Balchi Branches (Central & East District)

4. Head, System Integration Section

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 4 years as Senior System Integration Officer or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • OR 2 years as Head, System Integration Section or equivalent, or 10 years of relevant experience.

Place of Work: Head Office


5. Assistant Manager, CS & Operation – Grade C Branch

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA in Management or Accounting.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Place of Work: Sekota Branch (North East District)


6. Assistant Manager, CS & Operation – Grade D Branch

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA in Management or Accounting.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Place of Work:

  • Munawarah Semera IFB Branch
  • Afedera Branch (North East District)
