1. Position: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the branch’s banking operations. The Branch Manager ensures efficient service delivery, implements operational policies, approves loans within the discretionary limit, and supervises branch staff.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Six (6) years of banking operation experience.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

2. Position: Branch Operation Supervisor
Job Summary:
Coordinates and supervises the branch’s back-office operations, reconciles accounts, supervises daily activities, and ensures customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Four (4) years of banking operation experience.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

3. Position: Senior Customer Service Officer
Job Summary:
Handles the branch’s cash management operations, supervises cash transactions, and ensures secure and efficient cash movement within the branch.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Three (3) years of banking operation experience.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

4. Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Summary:
Provides front-line banking services, assists customers with account opening, local and international money transfers, and ensures efficient customer service delivery.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of banking operation experience.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
