Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields.
  • OR Diploma (Level IV) with a Certificate of Competency (COC) in:
  • Secretarial Science and Office Management
  • Administrative Office and Secretarial Science or Technology
  • Accounts and Budget Service
  • Secretarial Science
  • Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations
  • Secretarial Technology

Experience:

  • BA Degree Holders: 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Diploma Holders: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Secretary II.

Workplace: Head Office, Addis Ababa
