Position 1: Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Position 2: Senior Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Management, Banking, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of saving principles and VisionFund’s saving policies.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for mentoring and coaching.
