Position 1: Resource Mobilization and Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Technical and managerial expertise with sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of participatory methods and sustainable development.
  • Commitment to gender equality.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Position 2: Senior Resource Mobilization & Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Management, Banking, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of saving principles and VisionFund’s saving policies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for mentoring and coaching.
