1. Branch Banking Auditor-I

Job Summary:
Ensure that branch operations comply with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws, and that the internal control system is robust and effective.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of banking sector operations.

Work Location: Hawassa District Office & Head Office

2. Compliance Auditor-I

Job Summary:
Monitor and evaluate the operations at head office units to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding the internal control system.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with banking operations.

Work Location: Head Office

3. Corporate Auditor-I

Job Summary:
Conduct audits at head office work units to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and to maintain the adequacy of the Bank’s internal control framework.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Work Location: Head Office

4. Customer Service Supervisor II – IFB

Job Summary:
Supervise branch cash operations to ensure that daily cash balances align with the general ledger and that customer transactions are processed efficiently. This role also involves managing customer relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest Free Banking operations.

Work Location: Bilal Branch & Khalid Branch

5. Principal Payment System Officer

Job Summary:
Enhance the bank’s operational efficiency by developing and managing technology-driven card banking services. The role involves translating business requirements into effective payment system solutions and ensuring the seamless operation of these systems.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Work Location: Head Office
