The Compliant Help Desk Facilitator will ensure the proper planning and implementation of all WFP activities in line with the Complaint Feedback Mechanism (CFM) minimum standards. The role involves working closely with program teams, commodity staff, and stakeholders to receive, manage, and respond to complaints while creating awareness among project participants regarding their entitlements, targeting criteria, and distribution timelines.
