1. Banking Business Officer I

Place of Work: Shire, Tigray

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
  • Experience: 1 year of banking operation experience
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Knowledge of local language is advantageous
    • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

2. Tax Accountant

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in tax accounting or tax advisory roles
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Trainings on tax-related issues
    • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
    • Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals

3. Branch Manager

  • Experience: 5 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years as a Senior Officer or Customer Service Manager

4. Strategy and Change Management Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement, and change management at the bank.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as a Junior Change Management Officer

5. Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer

Place of Work: Head Office

Job Summary:

Supports the development of the bank’s corporate strategy, writes and compiles performance reports, and advises on strategic changes based on environmental developments.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR
    • BA Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as an Officer in Planning and Monitoring
