1. Banking Business Officer I

Place of Work: Shire, Tigray

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Experience: 1 year of banking operation experience
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of local language is advantageous
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

2. Tax Accountant

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
Experience: 4 years of experience in tax accounting or tax advisory roles
Additional Requirements:
- Trainings on tax-related issues
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals

3. Branch Manager

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

5. Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer

Job Summary:

Supports the development of the bank’s corporate strategy, writes and compiles performance reports, and advises on strategic changes based on environmental developments.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR
- BA Degree with 6 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as an Officer in Planning and Monitoring
