Position: Customer Service Executive – II

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service Executive – II is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by handling frontline customer service activities with efficiency. The role also involves promoting the Bank’s products and services to support resource mobilization efforts.


Job Requirements:

Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations in positions such as CSO (Customer Service Officer), CSR (Customer Service Representative), or CSE (Customer Service Executive).
Place of Work: Gambella
