1. Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer

Job Objective

To ensure the highest quality eLearning content development, including analysis, design, and implementation of digital learning solutions for BoA employees.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Content Development & Design

Create interactive, gamified, and responsive online content using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.
Develop eLearning materials using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

🔹 Instructional Development & LMS Management

Design, develop, and test instructional materials and online courses.
Administer and manage tasks on the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital repository.

🔹 Video & Multimedia Production

Work on video recording, editing, and production for e-learning content.
Manage multimedia e-studio equipment for effective utilization.

🔹 Collaboration & Innovation

Coordinate with different departments for content creation and best practices adoption.
Explore emerging eLearning technologies to improve digital learning experiences.

Job Requirements

📚 Education:

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Video Editing, or Animation is advantageous.

📌 Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia technologies.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles for online learning.
Ability to create engaging digital learning materials.
Experience with video production, graphics, and animation.
