Berhan Insurance S.C. is one of the prominent insurance companies providing general insurance services through twenty-five branches, with plans for further expansion in Addis Ababa and regional towns. The company invites potential candidates who fulfill the job requirements for the following positions:

1. Junior Surveyor

• Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Place of Work: Adama Branch

2. Human Resource Officer I

• Qualification: BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Human Resource Officer, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Senior Underwriting Officer

• Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years as an Underwriting Officer II.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Senior System Administrator

• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software/hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer and related equipment.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

5. Legal Officer I

• Qualification: LLB Degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Additional Requirement: Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading Afan Oromo is mandatory.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

6. Legal Aid

• Qualification: College Diploma/Level IV in Law from a recognized college.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
