Position: Manufacturing Team Leader

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Team Leader will report to the respective Manufacturing Unit Manager and be responsible for leading the SBU in executing the production plan, ensuring that the product meets all quality specifications, asset care through autonomous maintenance tasks, and resolving production issues.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Coach team members in the correct execution of operational and technical tasks.
Communicate work practice deployment plans and ensure team buy-in.
Ensure team members adhere to operational, quality, and process standards, work instructions, maintenance schedules, and performance targets.
Ensure team members carry out required autonomous maintenance tasks and repairs as per work instructions and maintenance schedules.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance.
Communicate team goals and review progress to ensure alignment.
Support team members in applying problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5Why, quick fixes, OPL’s) to resolve production issues.
Implement SIC mechanisms to track and monitor waste (e.g., mass balance).

Job Requirements:

Education: First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
