Job Purpose:
Ensure the company complies with all regulations, internal policies, and procedures while controlling potential risks associated with its operations. Stay updated on regulatory changes.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA or MA in Risk Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years for MA, 5 years for BA.

Job Requirements:
- Education:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in Construction Coordination and Management are preferred.
- Experience:
- For BSc Degree: 10 years total experience, including 4 years as a Senior Project Coordinator.
- For MSc Degree: 8 years total experience, including 4 years as a Senior Project Coordinator.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills
