Position: Database Associates (Intern)

Type: Paid Internship
Experience: No prior experience required

Ideal Candidates:

• Recent graduates in Computer/Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training for employees at different office locations and construction sites on the system.
• Assist in system troubleshooting and issue reporting.
• Install and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
• Empower users to resolve basic issues independently.
• Ensure accurate data encoding according to established protocols.
• Manage data encoding tasks.

Required Technical Skills:

• Basic IT Support: Installing and troubleshooting software, operating systems, and IT infrastructure (e.g., routers, modems, desktops).
• Issue Reporting & Debugging: Identifying, documenting, and addressing system issues.
• Understanding of SQL and data management.
• Basic Programming Skills: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (a plus).
• Employee Training & Support: Assisting employees in using the system efficiently.
• Strong Communication Skills: Explaining technical issues in simple terms.
