Position: Database Associates (Intern)

Type: Paid Internship
Experience: No prior experience required

Ideal Candidates:

Recent graduates in Computer/Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training for employees at different office locations and construction sites on the system.
Assist in system troubleshooting and issue reporting.
Install and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
Empower users to resolve basic issues independently.
Ensure accurate data encoding according to established protocols.
Manage data encoding tasks.

Required Technical Skills:

Basic IT Support: Installing and troubleshooting software, operating systems, and IT infrastructure (e.g., routers, modems, desktops).
Issue Reporting & Debugging: Identifying, documenting, and addressing system issues.
Understanding of SQL and data management.
Basic Programming Skills: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (a plus).
Employee Training & Support: Assisting employees in using the system efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills: Explaining technical issues in simple terms.
