Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Customer Service and Operation Manager I

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience, with at least three (3) years in branch operations.

Job Summary:

  • Manage, organize, coordinate, and control branch activities.
  • Oversee customer service functions and ensure operational excellence for high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling products/services to existing customers and acquiring new customers.
  • Ensure cost-effective and profitable transactions for the bank.

2. Manager – IFB Product Development Division

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role, preferably in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.
  • Added Advantages:
    • Master’s degree in a business-related field.
    • Professional certification in related fields.

Job Summary:

  • Lead the IFB Product Development Division.
  • Plan and execute IFB product strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze market trends and competitor insights to develop innovative IFB products.
  • Align IFB product development with the bank’s overall strategic goals.

3. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer (Re-advertised)

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in banking operations, preferably in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.

Job Summary:

  • Plan and execute IFB product strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define product vision and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Work with different departments to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the IFB sector.
