Droga Pharma is now expanding its operations by establishing a chain of pharmacies across the nation.
Position: Cashier / Finance Assistant
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Handle daily account reconciliation and bank deposits
- Document and process bank transactions
- Enforce credit policies to ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with the Finance department on supplier payments
- Enter income data into accounting software like QuickBooks
- Record cash returns and initiate necessary follow-ups
- Maintain accurate petty cash logs and receipts
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Investigate unidentified accounts and reconcile cash and credit
- Assist in patient admissions and inquiries at the front desk
- Issue receipts and balance cash registers
- Ensure a clean and professional working environment
- Foster effective communication with health professionals
- Uphold honesty and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields from a recognized university/college.
- Experience:
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
