Job Purpose

To participate in and assist with the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of ECX’s business and corporate applications; perform data warehouse activities; and provide Tier I technical support for application software and databases at both headquarters and regional centers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and refine user requirements; contribute to design and produce documentation.
• Develop application logic and perform unit testing based on SDLC processes.
• Maintain existing applications and provide bug fixes and technical support.
• Participate in JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions.
• Support ETL processes and ensure the smooth operation of the data warehouse.
• Generate required reports and produce software documentation.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education:

• BSc Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Or other related fields

Experience:

• Not Required – Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
