Job Summary:
As the Head of Corporate Planning and Monitoring Service, you will spearhead strategic development, operational planning, and performance monitoring across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring cross-departmental alignment to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate strategic plans.
- Translate strategic plans into tactical and operational plans with measurable targets.
- Establish and maintain a performance management framework and reporting system.
- Monitor internal and external environments for potential risks and propose adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department on budgeting aligned with strategic goals.
- Compile and consolidate performance reports, conduct variance analyses.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team within the Service.

Requirements:

Job Summary:
As the Head of ICT Service, you will develop and manage Tamrin’s technological strategy, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient information systems that empower the entire organization. You will oversee the entire IT infrastructure and champion innovations to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the ICT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and maintain the company’s Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Ensure robust network infrastructure, data security, and backup systems.
- Manage internal LAN, internet, and email services.
- Lead ICT troubleshooting, maintenance, and digital literacy initiatives.
- Oversee website management and software development projects.
- Build and lead a strong ICT team.
- Prepare ICT budgets, work plans, and performance reports.
Requirements:
Option 1:
- Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science.
- 7–8 years of progressive ICT experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Option 2:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields.
- 9–10 years of extensive ICT experience, including 3–4 years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:
As Farm Manager I, you will oversee the operations of a vibrant unit farm, from planning and cultivation to harvesting and dispatching. You will ensure the farm’s maximum productivity and quality while implementing innovative agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and control farm operations, including tilling, planting, harvesting, and packing.
- Conduct soil testing and manage fertilizer application for maximum yield and quality.
- Develop and implement innovative growing and cultivation methods.
- Inspect crops regularly and address any issues proactively.
- Manage water resources and pest control systems effectively.
