🎯 Job Purpose:
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through customer acquisition and retention, cross-selling, and continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

✅ Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 4 years (Master’s) / 6 years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor
