Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Minimum of 1 year banking operations experience

Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking)
Problem-solving

📍 Duty Stations: Dodola, Asasa & Bedele

🔹 2. Senior Banking Business Officer

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
3 years banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Banking Officer

Required Skills:

Branch Operations
Customer Service Excellence
Sales and Marketing
IFB Product Knowledge
Analytical Thinking

📍 Duty Station: Asasa

🔹 3. Branch Manager

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a senior officer or Customer Service Manager role

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and operational management
Excellent knowledge of IFB principles
Customer-focused and result-driven

📍 Duty Station: Asosa

🗣️ Note:

Knowledge of local language is advantageous
Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) is highly desirable
