• Minimum of 1 year banking operations experience

• Problem-solving

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 years banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Banking Officer

• Sales and Marketing
• IFB Product Knowledge
• Analytical Thinking

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
• 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in a senior officer or Customer Service Manager role

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and operational management
• Excellent knowledge of IFB principles
• Customer-focused and result-driven
