Experience: 5–7 years in service, hospitality, aviation, or retail sectors with solid knowledge of airport operations or the travel industry.
Skills:
- Proven frontline service delivery and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership experience in shift-based, multicultural environments.
- Ability to uphold safety, security, and service standards.
- Strong coordination and team supervision capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise airport operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate with service partners and internal teams during shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in dynamic and multicultural environments.
