Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: University degree preferred (or equivalent such as A-levels or baccalaureate); extensive industry experience may substitute.
• Experience: 5–7 years in service, hospitality, aviation, or retail sectors with solid knowledge of airport operations or the travel industry.
• Skills:
  • Proven frontline service delivery and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
