🔹 1. Junior People and Administration Officer

Qualifications:

BA in Business Administration, HR Management, Management, or related field
0–1 year experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Ethiopian labor law
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email tools

🔹 2. Customer Engagement Officer

Education & Experience:

BA in Communication, Business, Customer Service, or related field
1–2 years in customer support or call center roles
Experience in tech, logistics, or mobility is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Zendesk is desirable

Skills:

Excellent communication and active listening
Capable of multitasking and remaining calm under pressure
Knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools for reporting

🔹 3. Customer Success Officer

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Bonus: Technical experience in automotive/e-bikes, maintenance, or workshop support
Familiarity with e-bike components and repair methods
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems

Knowledge of tools like inspection checklists and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys)
Leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation
