Position: Reservation Agent

Job Summary:
The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling guest reservations efficiently and professionally, ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and service delivery.

Educational Qualifications:

• College Diploma (10+3) or Level III Certificate in Hotel Operations, Tourism Management, Food and Beverage Service, or other business-related fields from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in large-scale catering establishments or the hospitality industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Applicants must bring:
  • 8th Grade Certificate or Birth Certificate
  • One recent passport-size photograph
