Job Summary
Ethiopost is looking for a Junior Sales Officer who will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about Ethiopost’s services and offerings.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain sales records, assist in preparing reports, and help analyze sales performance.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Ethiopost’s services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and customers
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment
