Job Summary

Ethiopost is looking for a Junior Sales Officer who will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about Ethiopost’s services and offerings.
Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain sales records, assist in preparing reports, and help analyze sales performance.
Gain in-depth knowledge of Ethiopost’s services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and customers
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment
