1. Position: Program Coordinator (Definite period: 2 years)

Reports to: Program Management Office Director
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

• BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8 years (BA/BSc) or 6 years (MA/MSc) of relevant experience.
• Experience in process/systems improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Project management, risk management, and communication planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

2. Position: Program Finance Director (Definite period: 2 years)

Type: Consultant Role
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification:

• ACCA and MSc/BA in Accounting and Finance.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in management consulting, audit, or accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in internationally financed development programs.
• Familiarity with AfDB and BMGF financial regulations is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial compliance and reporting for AfDB and BMGF-funded projects.
• Provide financial oversight and develop pricing models for new products.
• Advise on strategic investment decisions.
• Prepare budgets, variance reports, cash flow forecasts, and audit documentation.
• Support cross-functional financial planning and coordination.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Peachtree Accounting.
• Familiarity with AfDB’s online disbursement systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
