1. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Duty Station: Area Office
Reports to: Area Manager
š¹ Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Develop and implement MEAL frameworks and tools.
- Support regular monitoring activities and analyze program data.
- Ensure timely and quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate electronic client-based MIS systems for SRH/FP programs.
- Lead assessments, surveys, and evaluations with the R, M&E teams.
ICT Support:
- Provide first-line support for IT equipment (PCs, printers, UPS, etc.).
- Maintain hardware, software, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Conduct on-the-job training for IT users in field and center offices.
š Educational Qualifications
- MSc/BSc in Statistics, IT, or related fields.
š Experience
- Minimum of 2 years (MSc) or 4 years (BSc) of relevant experience.
š ļø Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and data management.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python, and statistical tools like SPSS, STATA.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to work under pressure.
- Pro-choice values are mandatory.
2. Area Program Manager
Duty Station: Regional Field Office
Reports to: Program Director
š¹ Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination:
- Develop strategies to ensure sustainability and increased SRH access.
- Establish strong partnerships with local governments and stakeholders.
Program & Staff Management:
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Supervise outreach, mobile, and social franchising programs.
- Ensure adherence to procurement, logistics, IT, and HR policies.
Quality Assurance:
- Lead internal audits and quality reviews.
- Monitor clinical staff competency and compliance with MSIE standards.
- Ensure timely incident reporting and resolution with a learning culture.
Team Development:
- Promote teamwork, coaching, and continuous learning.
- Lead performance evaluations and provide development feedback.
š Educational Qualifications
- MPH in Public Health or MBA in Management/Social Studies
š Experience
- Minimum 4 years in managing programs, clinics, or centers.
š ļø Skills & Attributes
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with donor policies and national SRH frameworks.
- Ability to communicate in local languages where applicable.
- Must uphold Pro-choice values.
