1. Branch Manager IV – IFB

• 📍 Place of Work: Wegagen Amana Kemise Branch
• 🎯 Job Purpose:
  To enhance the branch’s sustainable growth and profitability through effective marketing, customer retention, and improved service delivery within the framework of Shari’ah-compliant banking.
• 🎓 Qualification:
  BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 💼 Experience:
  Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• 📚 Additional Requirement:
  Knowledge of Shari’ah law and Interest-Free Banking Operations is mandatory

2. Sales Agent (Contract)

• 📍 Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa District
• 🎯 Job Purpose:
  To actively promote and sell a wide range of the Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
• 🎓 Qualification:
  12th Grade Completion (2023 or 2024 graduates)
• 🧾 Experience:
  No prior experience required
• 🎂 Age Limit:
  Between 18 and 22 years
• 🚺 Gender Requirement:
  Female only
• 💰 Compensation:
  Competitive salary plus commission based on performance
